We are set up on the 3rd floor of A-143 in Lajpat Nagar - Ist, New Delhi. Being in Lajpat Nagar means we are right above one of the busiest markets in the city. The office is always full of people on headsets and the sound of typing. Intelenet Global Services handles a lot of different tasks for clients, so there is never a dull moment. It’s a typical office environment with cubicles and a break room where we all gather for lunch. The 3rd floor view isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below, but it’s our space. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just schedules and reminders for the team. The elevators can be a bit slow sometimes, so many of us just take the stairs. Working in Lajpat Nagar is great because we can step out and be in the middle of everything immediately. We are just a group of people working hard to manage the services we provide. We don't use polished corporate talk; we just talk to each other like normal people. It can be stressful when the phones are ringing non-stop, but we get through it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workplace where we just focus on getting through the daily tasks and doing right by our customers.
