You can find us in Muradnagar, specifically at Vijay Mandi in the Ghaziabad district. Being in U.P. means we are used to a certain pace of life, and it’s usually pretty fast and a bit noisy. The office is located at 201206 and it’s been our base for a long time. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming and going. We handle global services, which mostly means we are on the computer or the phone for most of our shift. It’s a standard workspace with rows of desks and a lot of wires running everywhere. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the experience here. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, maybe just a few old calendars and some notices pinned up. The team is a mix of people from all over the local area. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the vendors near Vijay Mandi. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during the monsoon when the roads get messy. We just focus on hitting our numbers and making sure the clients don't have anything to complain about. It’s a straightforward job and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We show up, do our hours, and head home to our families. It’s just regular people doing regular work in a busy town.
