Our office is tucked away at 352-E/11 A in Munirka Village, New Delhi-67. If you’ve ever walked through the narrow lanes of Munirka, you know exactly how it is. It’s crowded and busy, but that’s where we have our space. Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd has been based in this building for some time now. It’s not a grand office building with a glass front or a big lobby. It’s just a regular structure in the middle of the village area. Inside, it’s all desks and computers and a lot of tangled wires everywhere. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking on their headsets at once, but we’re all used to it. The village has its own rhythm, and we’re just another part of the daily noise. Finding the exact door can be a bit tricky the first time because the numbering in Munirka is always a little confusing for outsiders. We don’t have a fancy entrance or any security guards in suits at the door. You just walk in and the work is right there in front of you. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the tasks we get. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening in the street outside with the local shops and people moving around. We just keep our heads down and get through the day’s work. It’s honest, hard work in a very real part of Delhi.
