We are located at T 2397 on Faiz Road, right in the heart of Karol Bagh in New Delhi. It is a very busy area, and you can always hear the sounds of the market and traffic outside our windows. Most of us get here by the metro or bus since it is such a central spot. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks with computers where people handle different global services and data tasks. It is not the kind of place with a lot of decorations or fancy coffee machines. We just have a small pantry where we drink tea and eat our lunch together. Some days the phones do not stop ringing, and it can get a bit loud, but everyone just stays focused on their work. We have people here who have worked for the company for many years, and we also get new folks starting out every month. It is a steady environment where everyone knows what they need to do to get through the day. We do not have many meetings; we mostly just stay at our stations and handle the tasks as they come in. When the shift ends, most people are quick to head out to catch their train home. It is a practical workplace where we just try to get the jobs done correctly without much fuss or drama.
