Integrated Hotels & Travels, Travel Aggency

Our travel agency is on the third floor at 9A in Masjid Moth, which is part of NDSE-II in New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s where we do all our planning. We spend our time looking at flight schedules, hotel availability, and train timings. The walls are mostly covered with maps and some old calendars. Since we are a travel aggregator, we deal with a lot of different suppliers to find options for people. It is a busy place with phones ringing constantly. Some days we are helping someone with a quick weekend trip, and other days it’s a long international tour. Masjid Moth is a good central location, so we get people stopping by from the South Extension market area. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a practical office with desks and computers. The staff knows their way around the booking systems quite well. We try to give people the real picture of what to expect on their trips without any fluff. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things manually, which is a bit of a headache. We’ve been in this building for a while now and know the neighbors. It is a straightforward travel shop where we focus on getting the tickets and bookings sorted out for our regular clients. On rainy days, the ceiling leaks a little near the window, but we just move the desk slightly and keep on working.
