We are tucked away in Loins Enclave, which is part of Vikas Nagar in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a crowded part of the city, and getting trucks in and out can be a real headache sometimes because the lanes are quite narrow. Our office is at A-4, and it is usually piled high with logs and manifests. Logistics is a messy business, to be honest. There is always a phone ringing or someone asking where a shipment has gone. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and trying to coordinate things across different states. It is not a glamorous job. Most of us are just regular people trying to make sure things get from point A to point B without getting lost or damaged. Delhi traffic is our biggest enemy, and we talk about it a lot. Some days the weather is so bad that everything slows down, and we just have to wait it out.
