Inland Road Transport Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Ratiya Marg in Sangam Vihar. Our address is F-2/217A for anyone trying to find the gate. It’s a busy corner of New Delhi-110062. Being in the transport business means there is always something moving. We have trucks coming in and paperwork piled up on the desks. It’s not the cleanest or quietest office you’ll ever see, but it’s where the real work happens. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while. The neighborhood knows us. We aren't a big corporate chain with a glass building. We’re just a group of people making sure things get from one place to another. Sometimes the roads are a mess and the drivers are late, and we have to sort that out. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking logs. We don't have a marketing team writing pretty words for us. We just tell it like it is. If a delivery is delayed, we say so. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. Most of us have been in transport for our whole lives.
