Ing Vysya Bank

Our branch is located at Rz-L19 in Mahavir Enclave. We are right on the Palam Dabri Road, which is a very busy stretch of road near Dwarka. You can’t miss the traffic out front; it’s constant from morning until night. We are in a building that has been here for years. Inside, it feels like a typical local bank branch. There are counters for the tellers and some desks for the rest of us. It’s not one of those new, ultra-modern banks with touchscreens everywhere. We still use a lot of paper and have physical files. The lobby can get quite crowded on Monday mornings or at the start of the month when everyone comes in at once. We just try to keep the line moving and help people out as they come. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how each other works. We usually have lunch in the back room and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a very standard, no-frills kind of place. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so we see the same faces quite often. We like the connection we have with the people around Palam and Dwarka. It’s just a normal workplace where we show up and do our bits. Nothing fancy, just the way we like it.
