Our branch is located in Belwatika, specifically in the Kandu Muhalla area of Daltonganj. We are quite close to the ITI School, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This part of town is usually quite busy with students and local shoppers. The office itself is a straightforward building with no real frills. We have our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for the BPO work we do. It’s mostly people on headsets and clicking away at keyboards. Daltonganj isn't a huge city, so there is a bit of a small-town feel even though we are part of a bigger company. The power can be a bit unreliable sometimes, so we have back-ups to keep things running. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most people go out to the local stalls for a quick bite. The air is a bit dusty because of the roads, but we don't mind much. It’s a practical place where we show up and do our shifts. There’s no corporate jargon used around the office; we just talk like regular people. We’ve got the usual office supplies and some plants that someone tries to keep alive. The pincode here is 822101.
