Indusind Bank

Our branch is located right at Plot No 83 in Partap Nagar. If you know Jail Road, you know it can get pretty packed with traffic, especially during the morning rush. We are right there in the middle of it in the 110064 zip code area. Working at Indusind Bank here means we see all sorts of people from the neighborhood every single day. Some come in just to use the ATM, others have been banking with us since we opened this specific spot. It’s not a huge building, but it serves the local community well enough. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we talk about the local news and the weather while we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet slows down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It feels more like a local hangout than a big institution sometimes. We don't use a lot of fancy words here. We just sit at our desks, count the cash, and help people with their accounts. Jail Road is a landmark everyone knows, so finding us isn't usually a problem for anyone in New Delhi. We've got a few chairs for people to wait in, and there is usually a bit of a queue on Mondays. That is just the way things go around here. We like being part of the Partap Nagar crowd. We’ve seen the kids grow up and start their own accounts. It is a nice way to spend the day.
