We operate out of House Number 665 in Sector 1 of R.K. Puram, which is a pretty standard residential area in New Delhi. It’s a nice change of pace to be based in a neighborhood like this instead of a crowded commercial market. Most of our day is spent at the computer or on the phone, trying to find the right tickets and hotels for people who want to see more of the country. We don't have a big neon sign out front; it’s just a quiet office where we can focus on the details. Delhi is a frantic place, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed so we don't make mistakes with the bookings. We get people calling us at all hours asking about train schedules or flight prices, and we do our best to give them the right information without any fluff. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy travelers or systems that don't want to work, but we just push through it. We’ve been in this sector for a while and we know the local area well, including where to get the best chai when we need a break. We don't try to sell people things they don't need; we just listen to what they want and try to make it happen within their budget. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work well for us and our neighbors.
