We are based out of Gautam Nagar on the ground floor, at 1 A. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the area. The pin code is 110049. Since we are on the ground floor, people often just pop their heads in to ask about shipping or cruises. It’s what we do here at Indus Cruising & Shipping. It is a bit of a specialized field, but for us, it is just what we know. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of paperwork because shipping and maritime stuff involves a lot of documents. You’ll find us surrounded by folders most of the day. Gautam Nagar is always buzzing, so there is usually some noise from the street outside, but we don’t mind it. It makes the day go by faster. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff, just a group of people in a local New Delhi office. We spend a lot of time on the phone with ports and other companies. It’s steady work and we’ve been at this ground floor location for a while now. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the cargo and the ships where they are supposed to go without too much fuss. It takes a lot of time to get it right but we just keep at it every day and try to stay on top of the schedule.
