We are situated in the Janta DDA Flats at number 221, which is right near the NTPC area in Badarpur, New Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a very local feel to it compared to the main hospital buildings you see elsewhere. Being in these flats means we are right there with the community. People from the nearby blocks often walk over when they need something looked at or have questions about their health. It’s not a massive facility with hundreds of beds, but we keep busy with the people who come through the door every day. The NTPC landmark helps people find us because otherwise, all these DDA flats can start to look the same after a while. We have our small space set up to handle the basics. It can get a bit loud outside with kids playing or people going about their business in the flats, but inside we try to keep things orderly. We’ve been in Badarpur for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the faces of the people who live around here. It’s a lot of routine stuff, checking weights, taking notes, and making sure patients know where they need to go next. We don't have all the high-tech gadgets here, but we are a point of contact for folks who need help. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood, sitting right there at flat 221 near the power plant.
