Our place is on the first floor at D-374 in Tagore Garden Extn. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we’ve got Indra Air Pvt. Ltd. running from there. We mostly deal with air-related stuff, which means a lot of checking flight schedules and cargo details for people. New Delhi-27 is a familiar part of town for us. The office is usually a bit cluttered with documents and old files that we need to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people over at the airport. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when things start moving fast. We aren't some massive corporation with a big glass building. It’s just a first-floor office where we get the work done. Tagore Garden is a good spot because we are close to everything we need. Sometimes the stairs up to the office feel a bit steep after a long day, but that’s just part of the daily grind. We focus on getting things through the air, making sure the paperwork matches up with what's actually on the planes. It involves a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing at the last minute. That's just the nature of air logistics and travel. We try to keep a cool head when things get messy. Being in New Delhi means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We just show up.
