Indo Asia Tours Pvt Ltd is a small travel outfit based in New Delhi. Our main spot is at House Number 15, care of Balwan Singh. It’s not in a big commercial plaza, but more of a local residential-style setup. We’ve been handling tours and travel stuff for quite some time now. Dealing with tourists and travel plans in India can be pretty hectic. One day you’re sorting out a car for someone and the next you’re trying to book a hotel that isn't full. We focus on the practical side of travel. We don't promise anything magical, just that we will try to get the logistics right. New Delhi is a crazy place to run a business, but we like it here. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails these days. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the routes and the places. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the schedules make sense. Sometimes things go wrong, like a train being late or a flight change, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just the nature of the travel business in Asia. We’ve been at this address for a while and we just keep doing what we do. It’s about getting people from point A to point B without too much trouble.
