We’ve been tucked away at 11A/1A on the second floor in Hauz Rani for quite a long time now. If you know Malviya Nagar, you know it’s always busy, but our little corner is just a bit different. To get to us, you have to walk up some stairs that can be a little steep if you’re carrying bags. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, I guess. We have a few desks, some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and a lot of paper folders everywhere. We mostly spend our time helping folks figure out their holiday plans and getting all the tickets sorted. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the people in the market, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big team or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. Sometimes the tea we make in the morning is the best part of the day. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask about train times or just to chat for a minute. We don't use any big marketing talk or anything like that. We’re just a local business trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a small space, but it works for us.
