Indo Asia Holidays - Gurgaon

Our office is located at House No: B1 - 1263, which is near the Fortis Hospital in Vasant Kunj. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of Connaught Place. We use the house as our base for planning all sorts of trips. Gurgaon is in our name, but this New Delhi spot is where we actually sit and work. There are a few of us here. We have maps on the walls and plenty of guidebooks that are probably a bit out of date. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and local guides across the region. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We usually have tea going and there’s always someone coming in with some new travel news. Vasant Kunj is a nice part of Delhi, though the traffic near the hospital can be a nightmare in the evenings. We handle everything from small family outings to bigger group tours. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flight gets canceled, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just want people to have a decent trip and not run into too many problems. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years. We just keep it simple and do the work every day.
