Indira Gandhi International Airport As A Tech.Supervisor

I stay over at H No.144 in Ghorra Mohalla and that is where most of my life happens when I am not at the airport. Working as a tech supervisor at Indira Gandhi International Airport means I spend a lot of time on my feet. The commute from New Delhi can be a bit of a stretch depending on the traffic, but you get used to it after a few years. My house is in a busy part of the neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. It is not a fancy setup, just a home where I can rest after a long shift watching over the technical systems. Some days the planes are landing every few minutes and it gets quite loud, but at home it is much quieter. I have been doing this for a long time now. My tools stay in the bag by the door ready for the next call. There is always something that needs fixing or checking on the grounds. My neighbors often ask me how things are going at the big terminal. I tell them it is just a lot of wires and machines to look after. It is a steady job and it keeps me busy. I don’t have any big stories to tell, just the daily routine of heading to work and coming back to Ghorra Mohalla. It works for me and my family.
