Indin Hospitality

Indin Hospitality operates out of a very specific spot, which is Staff Room No. 1 at Vinay Kumar Singh Uprash Vidyalay. It is not your typical office building. We are right there in the middle of the school environment. Vinay Kumar Singh is the name on the gate, and we spend our days surrounded by the sounds of bells ringing and students moving between classes. Our work is all about hospitality, which in our case means taking care of the needs of the staff and the visitors who come through the school. It’s a small space, mostly just a few desks and some chairs pushed together. We handle the arrangements for meetings and the occasional lunch for the teachers. Because we are in a school, things have to be done on a very strict schedule. When the bell rings, everything changes. It can be a bit chaotic with people popping in to ask questions while we are on the phone. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception area. It is just us in the staff room, trying to make sure everything runs smoothly for the school community. We have been at this for a while and we know all the teachers by their names. It’s a modest way to work, but it keeps us very involved in the daily life of the school staff. We just do what needs to be done to help out.
