Indigo Arline

Up in Himachal Pradesh, specifically in Vpo Amb, Tehsil Amb, in the district of Una, is where we are based. It is a long way from the big airport hubs, but this is where we handle our local operations. The name on the sign is Indigo Arline, though we are a small branch of the bigger picture. The air is better up here than in the cities, but the roads can be tough during the rainy season. Our office is a simple building, nothing like those fancy terminals you see in Delhi or Mumbai. We have a few computers that are a bit old and some maps on the wall. We handle bookings and answer questions for people in the Una district who need to travel. It gets cold in the winter, so we have a small heater that we all crowd around during the mornings. We are not a big team, just a few local people who know the area well. We do not use a lot of corporate jargon here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for it to come back to finish a booking. It is a slow pace compared to a real airport, but we get the job done eventually. It is just how things move in our part of Himachal. We are just here to help with flights.
