Indigo Airlines

This particular spot for Indigo Airlines is located in Uttam Nagar, right in the middle of Sukkra Bazar. We are on the first floor, in units T-139 and 140. It is a very lively area, especially on the market days when the streets are full. The office is not like the big fancy airport counters you see on TV. It is more of a back-end place where we handle some of the administrative side of things. There are always people coming and going in the bazaar downstairs. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow. We spend our days looking at flight schedules and handling customer queries on the phone. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep us cool. We keep the paperwork in big blue folders. It is a very local feel here despite being part of a big airline name. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We do not spend much on decor. It is just chairs, tables, and computers. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back online. It is just part of working in this part of New Delhi 110059. We just focus on getting the ticketing and the passenger lists sorted out. That is the main thing we do here every single day. We keep the desks tidy.
