Indigo Airlines

Our place is at 138 Yg in Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana. It’s a decent enough spot, away from the really heavy chaos of the main city center but still busy enough. Indigo Airlines has us stationed here to handle the local stuff. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait and a desk that’s usually covered in notes. Ludhiana gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. It’s a regular neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every morning. We don’t do anything flashy. If you need help with a flight or a booking, we just look it up on the computer. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone. The office isn't very big, so we have to keep things tidy. We’ve got some posters on the wall that have been there for ages. It feels like a normal part of the community. We aren't some big corporate tower; we are just here in Rishi Nagar. We start early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple routine and it suits us just fine. People know where we are if they need us. We don't need fancy signs to show we are here doing our jobs.
