Indigo Airlines

We are set up on the first floor of 4B/8 in Old Rajinder Nagar. It’s a well-known part of Delhi, and our little office here is part of the Indigo Airlines family. Being in the 110060 area means there are always students and office workers walking around outside. Our space is pretty basic for an airline office. We have desks, computers, and some old chairs for people to sit in while we talk to them. It’s not like being at the airport terminal with all the glass and high ceilings. This is more of a back-office kind of place where the real planning happens. We deal with a lot of schedules and customer issues from here. Sometimes the street noise from Old Rajinder Nagar comes right through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually go when we need a break. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just enough for people to find the first floor. It’s a hardworking environment where people are often typing away or talking into headsets. We don't use a lot of corporate talk; we just try to solve problems as they come up. It’s been a steady location for us, and the local shops nearby make it a convenient place to work. It’s nothing too special, just our daily workplace.
