Indigo Airlines

We have a small operation for Indigo Airlines located at BA/60B in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This isn't the airport or a big fancy terminal, just a local spot where we deal with various tasks. Most people think of planes when they hear the name, but here it’s mostly about desks and paperwork. The office is tucked away in Janakpuri, and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the block numbers. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to keep things organized. It’s a regular job like any other. The building is older, and sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, but we keep our section clean. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers here, so it's usually just us and the sound of the fans. Sometimes we have to stay late if there are issues to resolve, but mostly we leave on time. It is a practical place to work, close to some good tea stalls where we take our breaks. We aren't pilots or flight attendants, just regular people making sure the administrative side of things doesn't fall apart. It's a lot of data entry and phone calls. We’ve been in this Janakpuri location for a good while now, and it has become a routine. It’s not glamorous, but it is an important part of the whole machine. We just focus on the details and try to get through the daily pile of work.
