Indigo Airlines

We are located at 14/13 in Moti Nagar. It’s a pretty handy location for a lot of people in New Delhi who don't want to trek all the way to the airport for every little thing. This office handles a lot of the local coordination and customer issues for the airline. It’s not the airport, obviously, but we stay just as busy some days. Moti Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door with the markets and the traffic. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on headsets. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for visitors who might drop in with questions about their tickets or baggage problems. It isn’t a massive space, but we make it work. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint soon, but that's not a priority right now. We focus on the daily tasks like checking bookings and updating flight statuses. Everyone who works here has their own way of doing things, but we get the job done together. Lunchtimes are usually spent grabbing something quick from the local food stalls nearby. It feels like a real community office here. We don't try to act like we are better than any other shop on the street. We’re just part of the local fabric, helping people get where they need to go without too much fuss or trouble.
