Indigo Airlines

We’ve been over at P-172/6 in Subroto Park for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure things are moving like they should. It’s a busy spot, especially being in Nd-10. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, drink some chai, and get to work on the flight schedules or whatever else is on the desk that morning. People ask how we keep track of everything, but it’s really just a matter of staying organized in this small office space. The weather gets hot in Delhi, so the fan is always going. Subroto Park has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical setup for the staff to do their jobs. Sometimes we get caught up in the details, but that's just how it goes when you're managing stuff for a name like Indigo. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or complicated rules. If there's work to do, we sit down and do it until it’s finished. It's a lot of staring at screens and checking lists. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that we know where to get lunch nearby. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life here at the office. We usually start around nine and keep going. It’s a lot of regular folks just doing their bit.
