Indigo Airlines S A Catering Agent

We are the catering agents for Indigo Airlines S A, and we work out of 64 Plowden Road in Mhow, Indore. Being in Madhya Pradesh gives us a different pace than the big cities like Delhi, but we still keep very busy with the work. Our job is mostly about the food and making sure everything is ready when it needs to be. The building on Plowden Roan is where all the planning and coordinating happens. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with plenty of room for us to stay organized. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the routine of checking supplies and coordinating with the kitchen staff. It’s a lot of early mornings and making sure the delivery trucks are loaded up correctly before they head out. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle catering logistics. Sometimes the weather in Indore makes things a bit tough, but we manage to get through it. The office is filled with clipboards and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of environment. People in Mhow know where we are if they need to drop something off or speak with us. We just keep our heads down and make sure the catering side of things runs smoothly every single day.
