Most people think of big airports when they hear the name, but our daily work happens here at 1/7420 in Shivaji Park. Shahdara is a crowded part of Delhi, and our street is no different. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we’ve settled into this building quite well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular door in a row of many others. We spend our hours sitting at desks, handling schedules and sorting through piles of documents. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing because Shahdara gets incredibly hot. Outside, you can hear the general noise of Shivaji Park, people talking, and the sounds of the city. We don't have any fancy uniforms or big signs here. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit cluttered with deliveries, and the lighting in the back room is a little dim. We usually have our lunch together, bringing tiffins from home and talking about everything except work for a few minutes. It’s a practical setup, far removed from the runways and planes. We deal with a lot of data and phone calls, and the day usually goes by pretty fast. It’s just a small office in a busy neighborhood where we try to keep things organized. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we’re just doing the job at hand.
