Indigo Airline

We are over in Bhajanpura at B-20 No.-4. It is a busy part of New Delhi. A lot of people think we are just at the airport, but we handle things from this office too. Dealing with flights and bookings takes up all our time. The traffic outside on the main road is always loud, but inside we just focus on the computer screens and paperwork. It is a small team here. We do not have the big fancy lobby like the main headquarters, but we get the job done for folks in this neighborhood. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of chai, just like any other place. Working for Indigo Airline means there is always a schedule to follow. We talk to a lot of travelers who are confused about their bags or their seats. We just sit here and sort it out. It is not glamorous work, but people need their tickets and they need to know where to go. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old maps pinned up. New Delhi is a huge city, so having a spot in Bhajanpura helps people who do not want to trek all the way to the terminal just to ask a question. We stay here most of the day, six days a week. It feels like a second home after a while. Just a regular office doing regular airline stuff for the local community.
