Our office is located in the C4-F block of Janak Puri in New Delhi. It's a very busy part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it all. We deal with travel arrangements and some phone work, which is why we have the two names on our door. It’s not a big fancy travel agency with brochures of tropical beaches all over the walls. Mostly, we are just at our desks booking flights or answering questions for people who are trying to figure out how to get from one place to another. The office can get a bit crowded and noisy when everyone is in at the same time, and the tea man comes by every few hours to keep us going with a hot drink. Janak Puri is a crowded place, so finding a spot to park a scooter can be a real headache some mornings when you're running late. We have been in this block for a while now and we know the other shop owners and businesses nearby pretty well. It’s a simple setup—just desks, phones, and a whole lot of typing. We don't really do much in the way of advertising our services; people usually find us through word of mouth or just because they live in the neighborhood. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to get through the bookings without making any big mistakes. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s very much a Delhi office, but we like the pace of it.
