Indiatimes Travels is located in the DDA Flats at Paschim Vihar, specifically A-5/219-A. Being in a DDA flat means it’s a very lived-in area. You see neighbors drying clothes or kids playing while we’re inside working on travel plans. It’s a quiet block for the most part. We handle a lot of different travel requests, from local trips to things further away. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just come in, and one of us will talk to you at our desk. The office is filled with maps and printouts of itineraries. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes there are stacks of papers everywhere when it gets busy. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us who know a lot about trains and planes. We spend our day checking prices and confirming dates. It’s a simple business model. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big ads. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people in Paschim Vihar know where to find us. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice enough spot. We usually keep the window open for a breeze.
