Indiatimes Travel operates out of 38-A, tucked into Pocket J of Sheikh Sarai Phase 2. This part of New Delhi is mostly residential, so our office feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a business hub. We’ve got desks set up for the team to handle travel bookings and all the little details that go into a trip. It gets pretty busy on the phones, especially during the holiday seasons. We aren't sitting in a big glass tower with thousands of employees. Instead, we are here in Phase 2 where you can hear the kids playing outside or the neighbors talking. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We spend our days looking at maps and schedules, trying to figure out the best routes for the people who call us. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and printouts, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have our computers and a lot of patience for the work. It’s a straightforward job, and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Sheikh Sarai when we aren't on a call. People from the area sometimes drop by just to ask about a flight or a train, and we help them out. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to stay on top of the ever-changing travel world.
