Indiatimes Travel Process (Allsec Technology)

We are based out of 54/1, C.V.D. Line in Delhi Cantt. If you have ever been to the Cantt area, you know it is a lot quieter and greener than the rest of the city. It is a military zone, so everything feels a bit more orderly once you get past the gates. Inside the office, we are working on the travel process. It is a lot of phones ringing and people talking at once in the background. We sit in our cubicles and deal with travel bookings and customer queries all day long. It can get pretty tiring staring at a computer screen for eight hours, but we have a good group of people here. We take our breaks together and talk about anything other than work to clear our heads. The office setup is pretty standard—gray carpets, fluorescent lights, and rows of desks with headsets. It is not exactly a glamorous life, but it is steady work. We have to follow a lot of specific rules because of where we are located. Sometimes it is a bit of a hassle getting through the security checkpoints if you are in a hurry in the morning. We mostly focus on making sure the data is right and the customers get their tickets without any issues. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in and do the work.
