Indianairlines Call Centre

I work over at the Indianairlines Call Centre in Munirka. We are located right at Raja Deori, specifically C/O P.K.Gautom at 401/2Ab in Budh Vihar. It is a busy little spot in New Delhi where we handle a lot of calls every single day. The office is tucked away in the neighborhood and you have to look for the right building numbers to find us. P.K. Gautom has been here for a long while and the space is mostly just desks and phones. It gets loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes in a call center. We spend most of our time sitting in these chairs, staring at the screens and trying to help people with whatever they need for their flights. Sometimes the lines are quiet but usually it is just one call after another. People call from all over and you never know who you will talk to next. Outside, Budh Vihar is always moving. There are shops nearby and plenty of people walking around Raja Deori at all hours. It is not a fancy corporate building or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we show up, do the work, and then head home to our families. The walls are a bit plain and the air conditioning hums all day long, which can be annoying. We have some tea breaks now and then which helps to keep us going. It is a real job in a real part of Delhi and we are glad to be here.
