If you go down Gali Number 6 in Govindpuri, you’ll find where we work. Indianair Lines Bpo isn't in a big glass tower. We are right here in the middle of a very busy street in New Delhi. It’s loud, crowded, and there is always something happening right outside the door. We spend our shifts talking to people on the phones and typing away on our keyboards. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. The office is a bit cramped, especially when everyone is on a shift at the same time. We don't have a fancy breakroom, so we usually just go out to the gali to get some snacks or a cup of chai. The street is full of life, and you have to watch where you walk because of the scooters. We aren't trying to be the biggest call center in the world. We are just a local operation doing our part for the airline business. Sometimes the headsets break or the computers are slow, and we just have to be patient. It’s a regular job for regular people. We don't have any polished slogans. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Govindpuri is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like our home base and we know everyone around here.
