We are located in the DDA flats in Kalkaji, specifically at J1/359. It’s a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district at all. You hear children playing outside and people going about their grocery shopping while we are at our desks. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve used for a long time. It has that lived-in feel, with old wooden cupboards and stacks of documents that have been there for ages. We aren't a big flashy company; we are a cooperative, which means things are a bit more relaxed and community-oriented. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in looking for information. Most of us live nearby, so we have a real connection to the Kalkaji neighborhood. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the lighting in the hallway isn't always the best, but it’s home to us. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It’s about being helpful in a way that feels natural. On rainy days, the office feels quite cozy, and we usually end up sharing snacks while we work through the afternoon. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to help with what we know.
