Indian Restaurant Curry Club

If you go up to the second floor at 802/2 in Arjun Nagar, you will find Indian Restaurant Curry Club. We are tucked away in this part of New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but that is where we do all our cooking. The kitchen isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. We spend hours every day chopping onions and getting the curry bases ready. Arjun Nagar is a crowded area, and the building we are in is quite old. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name on the door. It’s a small team of us working here. Most of our customers are people who live right nearby or work in the local shops. It gets very humid in the kitchen during the summer, but we keep the fans going. We don't have any corporate bosses, just us trying to run a decent restaurant. The floors are a bit worn out and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s a good place to work. We started this place because we wanted to cook for the neighborhood. It is a lot of long nights and cleaning up after the dinner rush. We aren't doing anything special, just making the food we know how to make.
