We are located at 3294/26 Beadon Pura in the middle of Karol Bagh. It’s a very crowded part of New Delhi-110005, and honestly, it’s always loud. This is where the Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation Limited has a bit of a base. It’s not a shiny new building, just a regular place in a busy street. We deal with a lot of logistics and food planning for the trains. There are stacks of files everywhere because the railway is massive. You can hear the sounds of the market right outside our door all day long. Sometimes it’s hard to hear yourself think. We have people coming in and out constantly. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The office is functional, nothing more. We use old desks and the floor is a bit worn down from all the walking. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a big corporate sign, just the address in Beadon Pura. Working here means being part of the chaos of Karol Bagh. It’s not perfect, but we get the jobs done. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s happening with the trains. We sort through the requests and try to stay on top of the never-ending pile of work that comes with the railway system. It's just a lot of lists and checking things twice before they go out.
