We are located at G-70 in Naraina Vihar, specifically on the second floor of the building. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and the 110028 area is always full of people moving around for work. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice to look at when things get slow. We deal with the catering and tourism side of the railway system. The office is pretty functional and basic. There are rows of desks and a lot of files about train schedules and food supplies stored in cabinets. It is not a glamorous place to work. We have stacks of papers everywhere and the printers are almost always running and making noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on the computers. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, so we usually just stay up here once we arrive in the morning until it is time to go home. Naraina Vihar has some good spots to grab a quick lunch, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. We are not a high-end travel agency with glossy magazines. We are the ones doing the background work to make sure things get delivered and booked correctly. It is just standard office work in a very busy city.
