We are tucked away in Om Vihar, Phase 2, in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. The office address is Wz-57A, and it is a busy little corner of the city. Being part of the Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Cop. Ltd means we are always thinking about trains and food. It’s a small space, not at all what you might expect for such a large name. We have piles of folders and schedules on every surface. Outside, Uttam Nagar is constantly moving with rickshaws and vendors. The air is always full of the sound of the city. We spend our days coordinating things and making sure the catering side is moving along as it should. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking lists.
