Indian Hotels Company Limited

We are the Indian Hotels Company Limited office over at 3-B Park Lane, Beauty Avenue in Amritsar. Being up here in Punjab is a bit different than our other locations, but the work is just as steady. This office is where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotel business. It’s not a hotel itself, so don't expect a suite or a buffet. Instead, it’s full of planners, ledger books, and people on the phone talking to vendors. The office is on Park Lane, which is a decent area, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We don't use fancy corporate talk here. If the supplies are late or a room needs fixing at one of the properties, we just get on with solving it. The rooms are a bit plain and we have a lot of files from over the years tucked away in cabinets. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay cool when the Punjab sun is really beating down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just a staff that cares about making sure the hotels run like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but that’s just how the hospitality business goes. We’re just regular people working a job in a nice part of Amritsar.
