This branch of Indian Hotels Company Limited is over in Laxmi Nagar. We are located at M-127/A in the M-Block. New Delhi-92 is a very crowded and lively spot to be. Our office is tucked away in this block, and we have been here for quite some time now. Even though the company name is quite big, we are just the local staff here handling the daily tasks that keep things moving. We deal with a lot of coordination for hotel services and administrative work. It is a lot of phone calls and emails, keeping things organized for the guests and the business. Laxmi Nagar is known for being busy, so there is always something happening right outside our front door. The office itself is pretty modest. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We do not spend money on fancy interiors because that is not what we are about here. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. Most of us have been working in the hotel industry for many years, so we have seen a lot of changes in how things are done. We just take it one day at a time. People come to us when they need things sorted out regarding their bookings or general business with the hotels. We do not have any grand speeches to give to anyone. We are just a practical team working in M-Block, trying to be helpful and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved in the process.
