This office is tucked away in Shyam Enclave, right off the Vikas Marg Extension. It is basically where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotel happens. Indian Hotels Co. Ltd is a big name but this specific place at number 36 is more about the paperwork and the day-to-day coordination. Delhi-110092 is a crowded area so getting here in the morning can be a real struggle with the traffic. We sit at our desks and deal with all the details that keep the Taj Palace Hotel going. There are always files piled up and phones ringing. It isn't as glamorous as the actual hotel lobby but it’s where the work gets done. We have a small team here.
