Most of us have been working here for quite some time. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change. It’s a good spot to be. We keep our heads down and do the work. We don't put much stock in sounding perfect. We make mistakes sometimes, just like anyone else, but we always try to fix them and move on. That’s just the way we do things here in New Delhi. It’s straightforward and honest work. We don't need a lot of praise. We just need to know we did what we said we would do. That is what keeps us coming back.
