Indian Holidays

We are based out of F-703 in the Som Vihar Apartments over in R.K. Puram. Being in New Delhi 110022, we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. Indian Holidays isn't a huge corporate agency with a storefront on the main road; we work from this apartment and it keeps things a bit more relaxed. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer trying to figure out travel routes and hotel availability for people. It gets pretty hectic during the peak holiday seasons when everyone wants to go to the mountains or the beach at the same time. Sometimes the internet goes down or the phone line crackles, but we just keep trying until we get the bookings confirmed. We’ve lived and worked in New Delhi for years, so we understand how much people just want to get away from the heat and the noise for a while. Our office is basically just a few desks and a lot of brochures piled up in the corners. We don't have a big marketing team, we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know they can just call and we’ll tell them the truth about a trip. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us here in Som Vihar.
