We are located at L 303 Laxman Puri in Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. If you know Pahar Ganj, you know it’s a very lively and somewhat chaotic place to be. There are tourists, markets, and cows all sharing the same narrow lanes. Our office is right in the middle of that. It’s an old building, and our space is filled with stacks of travel brochures and old booking registers. We don’t have a fancy website or a digital check-in system. We still do a lot of things by hand and over the phone. It’s a bit of a maze to find our door if you aren't from around here. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the incense from the shop downstairs. We have a few old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this spot for a very long time. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we aren't all related. We don't have any polished marketing speeches. We just tell people where the good trains are and which hotels are decent. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth business. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and talk to the regulars who stop by. Pahar Ganj is a tough place to work sometimes because of the noise, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else because this is where the action is.
