Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd

Our office is tucked away in A Block of Chittaranjan Park, specifically at A - 57. Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd is where we spend our days dealing with travel plans for people. CR Park is a nice place to work because it has a lot of trees and good markets, but our office itself is just full of maps and old files. We talk to people from all over the world who want to see different parts of India. It sounds like a fun job, and it can be, but mostly it is about managing a lot of small details. We spend hours on the phone with hotels in places like Rajasthan or Kerala, trying to make sure the rooms are actually available. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can’t get the bookings done as fast as we want. We have a few computers that are getting a bit old, but they still work. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people who have been doing this for years. We know which roads are bad during the monsoon and which trains are always late. We try to tell people the truth about their trips instead of just selling them a dream. It gets very busy in the winter months when everyone wants to travel. We end up eating a lot of takeout at our desks during those times. It’s just how it goes here.
