Indian Glaciers Tourism

Our spot is over at C-209 in Kidwai Nagar East. We’ve been running Indian Glaciers Tourism from this part of New Delhi for a while now. It’s a pretty normal neighborhood, nothing too flashy. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with maps and old folders. We spend most of our time talking to people about going up north to the cold places. It's kind of funny sitting in the Delhi heat while describing snow to someone on the phone. The office isn't very big, just a couple of rooms where we handle all the bookings and travel plans. We get a lot of locals coming by just to chat about their next trip. There is a tea stall nearby that we basically live off of during the busy season. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to make sure everyone gets their tickets on time. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, which is always a headache. We try to keep things straightforward. If a trip is going to be tough, we tell people that. We aren't trying to sell a dream, just a practical way to get to the mountains and back. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we manage. Kidwai Nagar is a good place to be based, even with the traffic.
