Indian Airlines

Our office is at A 98/B in Joshi Colony. It’s right by the Patpargunj Depot area in Indraprastha Extn. If you know Delhi, you know this part of town gets pretty busy with all the buses and people moving around. Indian Airlines is what we’re called, but here on the ground, we’re just a small team working out of this spot. The colony is a mix of houses and small businesses, and we’ve been part of it for a good amount of time. We aren’t located in one of those high-rise buildings you see in the center of the city. We’re just here in a regular building. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the street outside is always full of parked scooters. We don’t really mind though. It feels like home. We start our mornings early, usually before the heat really kicks in. There’s always paperwork to sort through and phone calls to make. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. It’s a practical way to operate. We like being in Patpargunj because it’s easy for us to get to and it’s a real part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It's not glamorous but it's what we do.
