Indian Airlines has this spot at Flat No-379 in the D.D.A. Flats, Pkt-1, Sec-23 in Dwarka. It’s a bit different because it’s tucked away in a residential area rather than being in a big commercial building. Dwarka is spread out, and Sector 23 is a quiet part of it compared to the main markets. Living and working around here means you see the same faces every day. The office inside the flat is set up with basic desks and chairs. We handle a lot of the back-end things that people don't usually see when they're at the airport. There’s a lot of paperwork involving flight schedules and staff records. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a while. New Delhi 75 is a big pin code and we get mail and documents from all over the city. It’s a lot of routine stuff like updating logs and checking lists. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the printer going or someone talking on the landline about a booking issue. The building itself is one of those standard DDA constructions, so it feels very familiar to anyone who grew up in Delhi. We spend most of the day just making sure the numbers match up and the files are in the right place. It’s a steady pace here, not like the rush you see at the terminals.
